I delight in having wrapping paper that reflects my heritage and the color of my skin. I am a 79 year old African American elder who has longed for seeing the images of African Americans on items that I and others use. I now have wrapping paper that I can proudly use to wrap the gifts for the Black boys. Wrapping paper with images of Black children is an affirmation much needed in 2021.

So I knew this was going to be quality paper because I’ve purchased several of the Christmas items. What I wasn’t expecting was the reaction from my boys when they saw faces and hairstyles they could relate to. They were excited to use the paper to give to friends. Great product and I hope gift bags are in the works!

I got this paper because I had tried the holiday paper and with 2 boys we are constantly at kid parties. So I knew the paper was going to be nice, what I wasn’t prepared for was the excitement of my boys when they saw faces that looked like them! Will definitely get more and I hope there are gift bags coming soon!
