What is Afterpay?

  • If you choose "Afterpay" instead than PayPal at checkout, you'll just have to enter your card information and instead of paying for your full item up front, you'll only have to pay a quarter of it. They charge you in four equal installments, each with no interest. Yes, this is something you're doing for free.

How long will it take to process my order?

  • Non-pre-order items takes 1-2 business days to arrive. Weekends and holidays are not included.

What is Route+?

  • Route+ is our solution for packages that have been lost, damaged, or stolen. You don't have to utilize it because it's optional. However, if you choose "Add Route+" at checkout and pay $0.98, you'll be protected for any lost or damaged products.

I have yet to receive a shipment notification.

  • Send us an email to confirm that your order has not been shipped. We will certify that it has been sent and provide you with tracking information and determine why you didn't receive your notification for any reason. Here is our email

What countries do you ship to?

  • At this moment, we only ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and France. If you're an international customer, you'll see the exact rates so you can receive the best deal.
    We charge a fixed cost for shipping to the United States. Only residents of the United States are eligible for free shipping.
    We're planning to expand our shipping options! We simply need to ensure that you receive your package in a timely manner and that it does not go missing.

How long does it take for orders to be delivered?

  • It should take 3-5 days for orders to arrive after we ship them out.
    Please allow extra time for shipping if you are an international customer. International shipping takes an average of 2-3 weeks (quicker for Canada)

What's up with my order taking so long to arrive?

  • Please contact us only if you have not received a tracking update after 15 days. We won't be able to file a claim with USPS until that time has passed.

My order was marked as delivered, however it was never came.

  • With your tracking number and address information, call your local USPS. They have a lot more knowledge about this than we do. They can check to see if the parcel has been held or is still in the post office, or even contact the delivery drivers on your route.
